PANDA BEAR has added two New York shows to his Fall tour, Oct. 1 at Webster Hall and Oct. 2 in Brooklyn at the Masonic Temple – tickets on sale for both shows on Aug. 26. The brief run of Fall dates also includes the POPPED! Festival in Philadelphia, two headlining shows in Chicago and Dallas and an appearance at the legendary Hollywood Bowl alongside TV on the Radio, Arctic Monkeys, Smith Westerns and Warpaint.
PANDA BEAR recently announced that his latest album Tomboy will be released as a special new limited edition 4x LP Box Set, on Oct 31st through Paw Tracks. It will feature the Tomboy album on 2x LPs, the Tomboy single mixes on 1x LP and several Tomboy unreleased instrumentals/acappellas, plus “The Preakness” and a 16-page art booklet. All profits from the sale of this set will go to the American Cancer Society. It’s limited to 5000 copies worldwide.
